Your session fee is all-inclusive. Every body is different, and every massage should be too. Your session includes a customized treatment plan and any therapeutic enhancements needed to help you move, feel, and function better. I don’t accept tips — genuinely. No mental math, no awkward “how much should I leave?” moment, and no extra cost beyond the session rate. Just book, relax, and enjoy your massage.

Life happens, and I do my best to be understanding when plans change.

If you're feeling sick, please call or text 616-737-1550 as soon as possible to cancel your appointment. There is no cancellation fee for illness-related cancellations. To help protect the health of all clients, appointments canceled due to illness may be rescheduled after a 5-day waiting period.

For cancellations unrelated to illness, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Appointments may be canceled online, by phone, or by text message. When sufficient notice is given, the value of your appointment will remain available as credit toward a future session.

Cancellation fees may apply when adequate notice is not provided:

1. More than 24 hours' notice: No fee. Only credit card processing fees that were charged to me.
2. Less than 24 hours' notice: Up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Unexpected emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
