No tipping policy
Please note: I do not accept tips (none, nada, nil, zilch, zero). Simply put: there is no tip option when paying for services. I would like to make massage as accessible as possible so it can become a regular, routine occurrence for my clients. One way I can do this is by removing the "stress" of calculating and budgeting the additional cost of including a tip. Love your treatment and want to show your gratitude? Then spread the word, write a review, refer a friend. As a small business owner, I'd definitely appreciate it!

Cancellation policy
If you wake up feeling under the weather and need to cancel, just give me a heads-up ASAP by calling or texting at 616-737-1550. Don't worry about a cancellation fee - I understand. However, we'll need to wait 5 days before rescheduling your massage to make sure you're feeling better. If you need to cancel for any other reason, just let me know 24 hours in advance. You can cancel through the website or by giving me a call or text. Your appointment will be converted into credit for a future visit. Standard cancellation fees are as follows: no charge with more than 24 hours notice, at least 50% charge with less than 24 hours notice, and 100% charge if you don't show up or cancel with less than 8 hours notice. Exceptions are considered for true emergencies.
